This jump rope is great unlike most jump ropes you can easily change the length to make it just the right jump rope for you just by moving a screw over. You can cut the rope down and put the cap on if you like. I am 6 foot tall and this is the prefect length for me and it will also be a great jump rope for kids who like to play with others where they take turns holding the ends.
