This probiotics are very easy on the stomach it didnt cause me any discomfort when I take them.  You get 60 pills in the bottle they are football shaped and kind of large but I didnt have any trouble swallowing them. They have 30 billion CFU'S and 18 strains of good bacteria in them. i take 2 pills a day before i eat so this is a month supply. They do help stop me from feel sick from being gasy and bloating. After i take them i feel great These are great pills and are nice and strong I really like them.
