This is a vitamin for men made by men. I had my dad test these out because I'm not a man. You take 3 tablets a day with a meal. He said they feel like they give in a lot more energy during the day. He also told me that he feels like he can focus more which both have helped him to be able to get more things done around the house and yard. They are easy to swallow and they dont dissolve in your mouth and have a nasty taste like some vitamins do.
