Morning Pep Blanched Almond Flour, Gluten Free.
Morning Pep Blanched Almond Flour is a wonderful alternative to regular wheat flour. Almond flour is high in nutrients, Cholesterol and gluten free, It is low in sodium and high in protein it also a great source or fiber. Unlike most alternatives to wheat flour this will leave your food moist and tasty. I had never used almond flour before so I wasnt sure how to use it I went a head and used it like normal flour when I made pancakes and they turned out scrumptious. This is also a great flour for my mom to use since she is diabetic wheat flour can bring up her blood sugar and since hers isnt controlled to well this doesnt hurt her nearly as bad. This is a healthier way to bake that still leaves your tummy happy.
