Pastry Scraper

This is a very well made pastry scraper. I am very impressed at how well it is made up the handle is rubber and it is really easy to hold and is very comfortable to use. I like that it has a measuring ruler on the cutting part so you can cut just the right amount of dough you need. I can also see me using this to cut up a bunch of lettuce because the blade is sharp and will not break easy. There is so many things you can use this for and it is such a nice big size also so it is a wonderful tool and it would make a great gift for anyone who loves being in the kitchen.
