First of all this is a amazing colon cleanse. Unlike most colon cleanse I do not recommend you increasing your fiber intake because it works wonderfully on its on and if you do it will make your stomach hurt or make you go a lot.. I usually recommend you to increase your fiber intake but I feel like if you do your body will hate you. I recommend you start out with one pill to see how it works for your body It ended up making me go later in the day but not to the point my stomach hurt or anything like that I increase the number of pills to 2 and it helped me go faster but If you do this make sure you are near a bathroom for the first day or two bc you may have to go a couple times. I really do feel better now and much healthier and lighter. This product works amazingly. So if you need to clean your system I strong recommend this one.
