The Smart Weigh Digital Kitchen Scale is a great thing to have in your kitchen especially if you are trying to lose weight or live a healthier life style. It has a very nice look to it and it isnt bulky like some scale are I have seen I love that it is digital and it is very accurate in weighting things. When you have to weight something in a container all you have to do is weight the container and then press TARE to clear out the wight and then add your food or drink you need to measure and then you can switch it to ML or cups by pressing mode. This is a wonderful scale ad it runs on 4 AAA batteries and it is a very strong high quality scale.
