when you put it on your teeth be careful not to get it on your gums bc it can irritate them because it is strong  with peroxide. you dont need a lot on your teeth it does go a long way. This doesnt make your teeth perfectly white The first time you use it but you do need to use it a couple times to get great results. I followed the 10 day usage like the directions told me and  it does whiten them a good bit.  honestly I would rather pay a small amount to get a good whitening from this product then a expensive dentist bill because this gives you the same great results. This doesnt make my teeth hurt either where some teeth whiteners caused me a lot of pain so this is great and it doesnt take a long time for this to work you only have to wear it 5-15 minutes a day where some you have to wear it for 4 hours to get any results. I highly recommend this
