Quick Sweat Dice by Stack 52 Review.


I had never thought of using dice to work out and doing the same thing everyday for anyone gets old. So I love the idea of these dice and they have the right exercise for every part of your body you need to work out and it gives you a number 4-14 almost anyone should be able to do that if you can just do your best. This give your work out a fun new way so you dont get bored and quiet. My man decided he wanted to try them out and he loved them he felt like it helped him get a great work out fairly quickly. All you have to do is row the dice and try to do what it says. I highly recommend it.
