I love this fish oil supplement it is strong and high quality. I dont get any nasty fish taste after taking it. It is a larger supplement but i do not have trouble swallowing it. I have trouble with my cholesterol and it runs in my family so I know I need to take care of myself now. After I took these fish oils I have noticed that I have been in a better mood and I feel better all around. This is good for your bones, joints, cholesterol and it can improve your mood. This is something I feel everyone should take because it has great benefits I personally have seen improvements in my cholesterol also and its not much yet but its enough to make me very happy.
