TrueSynergy Vitamin D3.

When i was little I couldnt drink milk so my bones arent as strong as they should be so I need the extra help now. This Vitamin D-3 gives me what I need to support my bone health. I cant say that it raised my Vitamin D level because I dont get that checked but it does make me feel stronger then I did before I took this. I also tend to get colds a lot so I love that this strengthens my immune system so that I can avoid getting sick like I usually do and if I get sick ill get over it faster. I also realized that I feel more energized and wanting to do things were before all I wanted to do is sit on the couch. So in my opinion this is very effective.
