the bag of powder is actually very small, but the reason why is – the recommended daily dosage is only 1/2 to 1
teaspoon. It will take a good amount of time to get through the bag if you only take the daily dose amount that is recommeded. The aroma is really isn't pleasant and the powder itself is a green. but it tastes fairly good for green tea and if you like green tea id give it a try. Its very good for you and can be added to coffee, smoothies and can be added to any bake good you make. So you can put it in your morning coffee or even in that muffin you are eating for lunch. Its a great way to get your vitomens. It cost about $25 and its a small bag but it really does last a long time.
