when you put it on your teeth be careful not to get it on your gums bc it can irritate them because it is strong  with peroxide. Its really not a miracle thing that makes your teeth perfectly white but you do need to use it a couple times to get great results or use it for a good amount of time when you put it on.  I did notice my teeth where whiter then they were  before i used it so in my opinion it does work you just need to wait.

the first use you leave it on for a minute and you can only use it once a week bc it is very strong upon the second use you can increase time by a minute or 2. you need to be very careful bc it can burn your skin like most peels do not go outside in the sun unless you have protective sunscreen and clothing. After the minute you should wash it off with cold water. 

It is clear and smells kind of like glue which isnt very pleasant. the liquid is very thick much like glue also. The peel is strong and it does sting a little when you use it which i researched and that appears to be normal. It works to a point of making your skin more healthy and glowing some but unlike what some say it doesnt work amazingly the first time you use it. it may take a few times to get great results but it really is a decent peel. Just be careful when using it to avoid burning yourself. always test it on a small patch of your skin first to be on the safe side.

It's thick and cream. its wearable under make up, it has a great smell
of oranges which i love.The ingredents in it also helps fight acne which is
helpful since i have oily skin. this product is made in the USA and was not
tested on animals which i really love knowing. IT really works and it doesnt
have harmful things in it.


second is the rose water

Its very good for you and can be added to coffee, smoothies and can be added to any bake good you make. So you can put it in your morning coffee or even in that muffin you are eating for lunch. Its a great way to get your vitomens. It cost about $25 and its a small bag but it really does last a long time.
