when you put it on your teeth be careful not to get it on your gums bc it can irritate them because it is strong  with peroxide. You can leave it on from 15 minutes to 4 hours. the longer you leave it in the better because it gives it longer to work. you dont need a lot on your teeth it does go a long way. Its really not a miracle thing that makes your teeth perfectly white but you do need to use it a couple times to get great results or use it for a good amount of time when you put it on.  I did notice my teeth where whiter then they were  before i used it so in my opinion it does work you just need to wait.

It is recommended to use the whitening kit first. It has a minty taste which is nice seeing and most products like this taste nasty. I feel like i should state the  Remineralization Gel  does not whiten your teeth and its not meant to. I did notice that it does strengthen your teeth.  It helps with sensitive teeth Which I do struggle with in areas of my mouth. I'm surprised that It did help me bc the tooth paste made for sensitive teeth never seemed to work for me but this did some some results and I'm sure the longer i use it the better my teeth are going to feel.
