The green coffee bean capsules are a tan color. the capsules had very little taste or smell. I took them with the desired amount of water. Within 30 minutes of talking then I began to feel a slight increase of energy and focus. These particular green coffee bean capsules did not make me jittery. I know a lot of them do. So, i was very happy so see that these didn't. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for something to do the job with out the shakes. This is the first product that has helped me so much with focus. I also had a decrease in appetite. I am really glad i tried this supplement.
