I received the Garcinia Cambogia Extract and a bonus raspberry keytone and i took them both with pleanty of water and before breakfest and lunch. It curved my appetite. and gave me energy with out making me feel sick. This will work but its not going to all fall of of me all at once but i am happy with it and i do see results. just dont give up on it bc i know Garcinia Cambogia Extract works wonders for the body. so dont take it and think in a week you will lose ten pounds bc thats not the case but it does help the metabolism and thats one of the best places to start losing weight
