this supplement is 50% Chlorogenic acid. It also is suposed to support weight loss. This product is full of powerful anyioxidants and good for blood sugar balance. The bottle I recieved contains 60 capsules. The capsules have a light yellow color. this product has a very light odor that doesnt make you run for the hills with one wiff.
I began taking this product as derected. I found That the dose for me was a little to strong. So I cut it in half. The normal dosage gave me a slight head ache. But, went away shortyly. Maybe 30 minutes.
The product did give me energy. It also curbed m y appatite too
