This 4 DVD pack of dance lessons will teach you as a beginner how to do 4 different types of dances Salsa, swing, Merengue, and Bachata. The dvds make you feel like you are actually in a dance class they break each step down to the easiest of motions even the worse dancer can follow them. I had a great time trying this out for the first time. I have never done any of these types of dances before heck im more of a club type dancer and never thought I could do any of these dances but I tried it anyways and found that it was very easy to do and to follow along with them. My favorite by far of the four is the BAchata it is just so full of energy and keeps you moving. This set would be great for a get together with friends and even for a family night because honestly everyone loves to dances even if they dont want to say so. This is also perfect to get your self moving to help you lose weight. so all I can say is get up and try it out you just might love it as much as i do.
