The Ignite Garcinia Cambogia Supplement is a great product It gives you a good amount of energy when you take it properly and it does help stop cravings. I have took a few garcina Cambogia supplements before and this is one of the ones i've tried that doesn't give me the jitters and doesn't make me sick. There isn't a such thing as a miracle pill but if you stick with these and drink plenty of water these will show your results. You only have to take two pills so unlike most brands you don't have to take a lot to feel it. over all I give this two thumbs up.
