Creatine Monohydrate by Natura Formulas (Review).

I let my boyfriend try this creatine powder out because he is trying to build muscle mass. This did a wonderful job at helping him  build his muscles as well as well as help his muscles heal.  When he works out he tends to over do it and it usually doesnt have much of a result but since he started taking this His muscles are growing and he is very happy with these and he says this is something he would consider continuing using. This is a very fine powder so when you mix it in water or protein shakes it doesnt clump up and it really doesnt have a taste so over all this is a great product to use if you are trying to build muscles.
