This set of 4 Cutting Mat are the prefect size for the small jobs in the kitchen I also hate dragging out big cutting boards to get things done but these are easy to move around and you get one for each type of food so you dont have to constantly wash the Cutting Mat so you can cut up a veggie after a meat you can just change mats. They are strongly made up and you can hang them up or store them flat in the cabinet. They are so easy to clean up to with just soap and water. Each Cutting Mat has a symbol in the corner to tell you what to use it for and they are all color coded so you dont mix them up over all they are very nice and I will use them a lot in the kitchen
