My mom has arthritis so she tried this out and it did help her be able to move help hands better because it loosen her joints up and helped with the it being swollen. This is great stuff and if you have any troubles with any of this It may help you a good bit and it is very much worth a try. She has been able to get around better and her joints are more moveable and she isnt in so much pain this stuff is amazing.
