This teeth whitening gel you can put onto your teeth for 5-10 minutes and you can use it up to 10 days. It does whiten your teeth very well and are much better then whitening strips that slide around your mouth to easy. The trays you do have to get use to but they are worth it and this gel does foam up a good bit as it whitens so do not swallow because even though it doesnt have Hydrogen Peroxide it does have Carbamide and it does the same thing and boy does it whiten. I love that this has natural ingredients in it to not all those bad chemicals like others do either. After using this kit my teeth look and feel so much better I am so glad I tried this out.
