This DanceCrazy stretching strap is a wonderful thing to have around. If you need some help with flexibility or just a better way to stretch this is defiantly the way to go. This is a high quality strong well stitched product that isnt going to break on you while you use it. It has different loops that allows you to adjust the strap to fit your height and the more flexible you become the easier this will be for you and you maybe able to switch loops.
