 I have trouble sleeping at night and I have a lot on my plate with my disabled parents. So I tend to be very tired and have a horrible mood swings and I am just plan stressed out most of the time but since ive been taking these pills My mood is so much better because I can sleep better because I'm not in so much stress. This helps me relax I dont forget about my troubles but my body isnt so tense so I sleep better and my mood Is so much better I'm not nearly as grumpy as I was and this starts working shortly after taking it instead of weeks after starting the pill. I honestly need the extra help after having to quiet my job to take care of my parents and I must say this stuff is so great.
