This sleep mask is very comfortable to wear and it stays in place all night long so I dont have to fight with it through the night. It doesnt let light into your eyes which is great when people in your house tend to stay up late. The ear plugs it comes with are soft and they will comfortably fit into everyone's ears with out a problem because they are like foam and expand.
