This baby sling is fairly light and doesnt put to my pressure on your shoulders when you have your baby in it. I used slings similar to this so I didnt have trouble with using this. The material this sling is made out of is strong and very sturdy so it will hold your baby no problem. This isnt a over sized sling either so it should be easy to use in public.
