I like how to has a carrying case with it so you can take it on the go with out being afraid it is going to get messed up. it is very accurate and is well made up so it wont break on your first use or even your thousandth use. This does come with easy to read instructions but even if it didnt they made it were it is so easy to use that almost anyone can work it with out a problem. It does come with 2 AAA batteries that you can easily put into the oximeter as well. Over all this is a great product that I recommend.
