They give you two different trays so you can make 8 ice balls at once. The first think you want to make sure is that they are closed all the way so you dont make a mess. Then you pour the water into the small hole in the ice tray. Then you freeze for several hours and they are ready to go. Its so simple to use. When you are ready to use your ice balls you just simple pop them out. The tray is made out of silicone so you wont have trouble removing them. I love how easy they are to bend around and they dont break. If you want to be a little wild you could put juice in it or make jello shots in these trays for a fun surprises. If you had a idea on something you want to bake in them for instance cream filled balls you could use them for that because they wont melt very easy.
