This knife sharper does great on sharping the kitchen knifes I own. most of my knifes have dulled from use and I sharpened them all with this. The sharpener didnt round the edges like some I have used before tend to do instead it lets them still have a point and a sharp blade. This also works wonders on any kitchen scissors you have we all know those dull fast and then you have to go out and buy new ones but with these you just simply run it through the sharpener a few times and they are like new. Its the one sharpener that I would replace with the same one in the years to come. It is very well made up so it will last.
