I love that its stainless steel that means its well made and wont break on you when your using it and it wont rust. When they say its a professional style they mean it. I have never used on that was this nice. Its a nice size and you can grip it easy. It is the perfect pastry blender for any type of baking you can think of it really makes it easy to mix the butter and sugar in the dough. You can wash this one easy and it is dishwasher safe. over all I'd say this is a great product and much better them using a whisk for everything.
