my opinion
You take 3 of these pills a day with a meal. They are good for both men and women. After my mom took these pills it has made her be able to use the bathroom easier with out having to pee every five seconds. It does seem to be helping her a little with being able to control that. Even if you dont have any problems with your urinary health or prostate health this contains vitamins that will help you with so much in your body but they are really good for you and work great.
