If you have Diabetes its hard to have anything sweet especially if your Diabetes is out of control. My moms is horribly out of control just a little bit of sugar throws her blood sugar way up there so we decided to give this a try. She said she liked the tasted it isnt a strong taste up works with pancakes or putting it in her tea. When she tested her blood sugar it didnt show a huge spike like a lot of foods cause but it still raised it a little but that was expected. she does plan to keep using this type of syrup and she wants to try it out on more foods. In all I say this is a great syrup to replace sugar and honey and maple syrup.
