my opinion
My mom has arthritis so she tried this out and it did help her be able to move help hands better because it loosen her joints up and helped with the it being swollen. This is great stuff and if you have any troubles with any of this It may help you a good bit and it is very much worth a try. But this isnt just to help you with the joint pains you have it will also help you prevent having joint pains and joint problems in the first place. Since this does Contains the Maximum Strength of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM in each serving It works together greatly to help give you the extra nutritional support for their cartilage and joints. This is even perfect for some one who works out a lot or plays sports because being active can take a lot out on your joints so you need to take care of them now and this is one way you can do that. i do recommend these because they do work fabulously.
