This meat tenderizer is very large so it covers a good deal of the meat. So it doesn't take long to fully tenderize your meat. It has 48 sharp blades on it which is nice because it gives the meat a lot more flavor. The handle of this is a nice size and is easy to hang out to and I like that it comes with a plastic holder to store the blade part in which gives this more of a safe way to store it when you are not using it.
