The blades on this meat tenderizer are really sharp and help tenderize the meat very nicely. I can notice a huge difference in my meat after i use this. It has a plastic storage case that helps store this safely. It is a very high quality product that I find very handy in the kitchen. It is easy to clean and you can just stick it in the dish washer if you would like. To unlock the meat tenderizer you just twist the top and to lock it you twist it the other way and your good to go.
