This tracing light is large enough for even my large drawling paper if I needed to use it. It is light weight so it is easy to move around or take it with you if you need to. It has 3 levels of light so that it can let the light come through almost any paper. This is  high quality and very easy to use making this prefect for kids and professional drafters. I am a artist and sometimes when I draw something and I want a copy instead of trying to free hand it again I can pull this out and trace it this also comes in handy when I use a magazine picture as a template for my pictures.
