This Cappuccino protein shake powder smells really good and taste so much better then it smells. It has 25g of protein and it is low in sugar coming at just 1g of sugar so it is even good for diabetics to take. My mom is a diabetic and she has to eat several times a day and it makes her blood sugar go up a lot and since this is so lower in sugar she can drink it instead of a meal and it doesnt hurt her blood sugar nearly as bad.  When she uses it as a meal replacement she doesnt get hungry quickly after. She mixes 1 scoop with 8 oz of milk and it mixes up nicely and she drinks it down.
