This omega 3 fish oil is a great supplement it doesnt cause me to burp up a fish taste or leave a nasty after taste. You only have to take 2 pills daily while I found nice. This a larger capsules and I drank plenty of water with them so i dont have trouble swallowing them. The reason I take fish oil is because high cholesterol runs in my family and i know I need to protect my heart as much as possible now. This is very strong fish oil and I really like it because of that. This is also great to help joints and brain functions. If you have any family history of problems with joints heart health or brain function problems I would strong recommend these to you because they really do help.
