The burger press is made out of strong aluminium so it wont dent easy or break. I love that the press part has a decent size handle so it made it so much easier for me to make my hamburger patties. The meat did not stick so the patties came out looking like they should. This really helped with time for me with cooking hamburgers and it was less messy also. I love it its great to have in the kitchen. It is just what i needed.
