CRUSCH: Ultimate Tri-Phase Creatine Review.


Crusch is something that does exactly what it easy it does. All you have to do is take three pills with juice or high carbohydrate beverage 30 to 45 before a work out or after your work out. So if you forget to take them  before your work out it doesnt matter as long as you take them afterwards. I let my boyfriend try these out because he is trying to build muscle mass. This did a wonderful job at helping him  build his muscles as well as well as help his muscles heal.  When he works out he tends to over do it and it usually doesnt have much of a result but since he started taking these His muscles are growing and he is very happy with these and he says this is something he would consider continuing using.
