Pulss is something that does exactly what it easy it does. All you have to do is take three pills on a empty stomach with plenty of water.  I let my boyfriend try these out "he also uses Crusch" because he is trying to build muscle mass. This did a wonderful job at helping him  build his muscles because it gives him the extra umph to get going. He says he can feel it will in 15 minutes of taking this and it doesnt make him feel all jittery like some pill he takes.
