This pillowease seat cushion is perfect for a wheelchair or just in any chair in general it is made out of memory foam which allows you to be able to sit on it longer and it still be comfortable. It gives your tail bone/spine the support and comfort it needs so you wont be in a lot of pain if you have something wrong with them. my mom has trouble with her tailbone and it sometimes stops her from being able to sit on normal seats but this cushion allows her to be able to sit on every chair and not be in as much pain. It does come with a extra cover so if you need to wash one you have another to cover your cushion this is a wonderful product.
