AZSPORT Waist Trimmer.

The AZSPORT waist trimmer belt  is very comfortable to wear it is light weight and thing so you can still move around as you need to. You need to wrap it around your waist till it is fairly tight and then Velcro it into place. This is very well made and will not fall off of you easily you even may find you want to tighten it through out the day though. This is a great way to sweat off a few extra pounds and you will feel great and love it. by the looks of it I never would of though it would be this comfortable but it is and the Velcro itself is very strong and should not break on your easy I recommend this AZSPORT waist trimmer belt
