Chef's Mate Rapid Garlic Press.

This garlic press easy easy to use it will cut the garlic in no time and with out a problem. I like that it gives you two plates to cut it one is the mince and the other is a chopped up plate. I'm not a fan of the removal of the plate itself. it was very hard to get out I finally got it lose with a butter knife. It does keep your fingers clean unlike chopping them with a knife and you dont have the smell all over you. I like how easy it is to clean after you get the plates out. I did have a harder time with chopping a larger piece of garlic compared to a smaller piece but that was expected. over all this isnt a bad garlic press it just needs to be tweaked a little.
