My mom has tailbone problems making sitting for a long period of time really hard for her. So I thought I would get her this donut cushion to try to help her with that problem. IT is really easy to blow up since it comes with its own bump and it hold up really well. It has a nice cloth cover that stops you from sliding off of the cushion. She is a larger women and this still hold up great so it is really well made up most of these cushions pop easy and this one does not. It is extremely comfortable for her to use and though it doesnt stop her pain it does allow her to sit with a lesson pain for a little while longer then she could before. So over all I say this is a great product i would recommend
